How We Use Information

We use your information to create the videos you request, run your account, process payments and credits, prevent abuse, keep the service working, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We use your uploaded photos only to make the video you asked for. We don’t sell your photos, videos or personal data.

Who Can See Your Photos and Videos

Your photos and videos are visible only in your own account. We don’t publish them or show them on the site.

Service Providers

We rely on the following providers, who receive only the data they need to do their job for us:

• Hosting for the website.
• File storage (Cloudflare R2) for your photos and videos.
• AI video processing. Your photos are sent to the AI model provider only to make your video, and the provider doesn’t keep them.
• Payments (Stripe).
• Sign-in (Google).
• Analytics (Google Analytics).

Storage and Deletion

Your photos and videos are stored in your account so you can view and download them. You can have them deleted at any time by emailing [email protected].

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in, a first-visit source cookie that remembers how you first reached the site for 30 days, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.

Children

La Tormenta de Arena AI is not for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Don’t upload photos of minors.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
