Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of La Tormenta de Arena AI at https://latormentadearena.com. By using the service, you agree to them.

The Service

La Tormenta de Arena AI lets you upload one or two photos and generate a short AI video of the club spotlight scene from the viral “La tormenta de arena” / “te he perdido entre la gente” TikTok trend, with Dorian’s song on it.

Independence

La Tormenta de Arena AI is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Dorian or their record label, the makers of the film Tres metros sobre el cielo, Mario Casas, María Valverde, Federico Moccia, TikTok or ByteDance. Videos are new AI-generated scenes; they don’t contain footage from the film.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country if that is higher, to use La Tormenta de Arena AI. You sign in with Google and are responsible for everything done with your account.

Acceptable Use

You may only upload photos you have the right to use: yourself, people who have agreed, or your pets. You agree not to use La Tormenta de Arena AI to:

• upload photos of celebrities or other public figures;
• upload photos of minors;
• create sexual, hateful, harassing or deceptive content;
• impersonate anyone or make misleading deepfakes;
• infringe anyone’s privacy, publicity rights or other rights;
• attack, overload or misuse the service.

When you post a video, label it as AI-generated.

Your Videos

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload and give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Subject to these Terms and the rights of others, you may use and share the videos you generate.

AI Output

AI results vary. The AI may keep some of your photo’s look, and the club setting is generated from a description, not copied, so we can’t guarantee a video will match your expectations exactly. Review it before you share it.

Credits, Payments and Refunds

• Credits are bought in one-time packs. Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe.
• Credits never expire. They have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
• If a render fails, it is retried once automatically; if it fails again, the credits are refunded to your account.
• If you’re not happy with a video, email [email protected] and we’ll refund you.

Suspension

We may block generations or suspend accounts that break these Terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If you keep using La Tormenta de Arena AI after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
